Ty Babb
Head Coach and Programmer
Ty is a Level 1 & 2 CrossFit coach, CrossFit Endurance, Gymnastics, Olympic Lifting and Rowing Certified Trainer. He has a degree in Exercise and Sports Science at the University of Memphis and is also a USAW Certified Weightlifting Coach. He enjoys competing in triathlons, adventure races, and taking care of his 2 kids, 4 cats and 10 chickens.

Ted Maclin
Aikido Certified Sensei
Ted holds a 4th degree black belt (Yondan) and has practiced aikido since 1989. He has trained in Memphis, Brooklyn, and Knoxville and continues to learn and develop both his practice and his teaching. He sees aikido as both a martial art and as a means of personal and social transformation. When he is not on the mat, he teaches Anthropology at the University of Memphis. He also enjoys spending time with his family on their farm near Mason, TN, cooking, and playing music.
